About Course
A low-impact Saturday workout class for women who want to move their bodies, build strength, and actually enjoy exercise.
These live classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help you feel comfortable and supported, whether you’re starting your fitness journey or getting back into a routine. Expect a mix of lower body, core, and full-body movements that challenge you without leaving you exhausted for the rest of the weekend.
Classes are live every Saturday and last around 45–60 minutes.
You’ll need:
• Light dumbbells
• A mat
• A booty band
Included:
